This Association is composed of Members owning a single family home or patio home. The Annual Assessment is paid by all Members, and the fees contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the Butterworth Glen common elements, i.e. the common area landscaping, lake, and fountain. Patio homes within the Butterworth Glen community are part of their own neighborhood. While this neighborhood has its own Monthly Assessment, funding patio home landscape and grounds maintenance, and its own budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of patio homes are Members of the Butterworth Glen Community Association and pay the Annual Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance of the Association’s common elements.
