Towne Properties was established in 1961 with the express purpose of leading the renaissance of Mt. Adams, an old-world hilltop village that overlooks downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River. The renovation of five 100-year-old structures on St. Gregory Street into 14 exciting apartments attracted local and national attention and began a corporate commitment to great design, construction and management that are the hallmarks of Towne Properties.

Early in its career, Towne constructed Cincinnati's very first condominium - the Celestial Street Townhouses in Mt. Adams. Since then, Towne has produced a distinguished list of award-winning condominium developments...all with premier locations, superb designs and an attention to detail and workmanship rare in today's marketplace. Among these are Twin Lakes and Quail Meadows at Wildwood in Fairfield, the region's first condos on a golf course; the Ingleside in Walnut Hills overlooking the Ohio River, the city's most successful mid-rise condominiums; the Glen at Carpenter's Run in Blue Ash, part of a mixed-use project along a championship golf course; and the internationally-acclaimed Cloisters in Mt. Adams. More recent condominium developments include Ivy Ridge in Cold Spring and The Meadows at Farmview in Florence, Captain's Watch, Foster's Point and Twain's Point along Eastern Avenue and national award winner Riverpointe in Dayton, Kentucky and Beacon Hill in Deerfield Township.

As condominium communities were developed, a need for capable association management was realized. Other developers soon looked to Towne to manage their associations, and Towne's quality association management reputation grew. What began as managing associations in company-built communities has grown to the largest condominium and homeowner's management portfolio in Ohio and Kentucky.

Today, Towne manages a diverse portfolio consisting of apartments, condominium and homeowners association units, retail and office space and recreational properties. The management portfolio is in the capable hands of partners who together represent more than 70 years of top management experience here at Towne Properties. Our property managers work continuously to establish and enhance their credentials and certifications through professional development courses, graduate level classes and our own Towne University.

Towne's long-term commitment to quality management is your assurance that your association will be managed by capable, service-oriented professionals.
